The module’contains two byte-wide memory sockets for EPROM devices. These sockets allow a maximum of 128K bytes of EPROM to be installed. On board DRAM chips provide 512K bytes of local RAM. The CPU is capable of accessing the local DRAM and EPROM without the need for “wait states”.
