Rexroth Indramat Company produces the CCD01.1-KE03-01-FW servo motion controller. It comes in a modular design that presents you with a compact package ready for use in textile, machine tools, robotics, and handling machine. It features a cold technology cooling method that enables it to be mounted into a small closed housing or control cabinet. Thanks to the CLC-D02.3M-FW motion control card, multi-axis coordinated and non-coordinated motion control is achievable. Also, the card allows the control of at least four independent tasks simultaneously. This capability significantly increases production.
This motion controller form the CCD01.1 series comes in four main parts, firmware, and basic unit and plugin modules. The firmware is ordered separately and is housed in the software module. It contains the functions of the motion controller. The plugin modules can include the SERCOS interface, single-axis position module, and analog interface with incremental or absolute encoder emulator. They are in slot U1 to U4. Before commissioning, ensure that all the plugin modules are in place to avoid damage. Also, give the controller at least five minutes for the capacitors to discharge.
