RSD-FC-Ex2.CN.3km | PEPPERL+FUCHS Fiber-Adapter

The Copper/Fiber-Adapter RSD-CFA-Ex.CN works in conjunction with the FiberCoupler RSD-FC-Ex2.CN.3km.
The RSD-FC-Ex2.CN.3km will be connected on the left hand side to the RSDCFA-Ex.CN or, if it is the second coupler, to the previous coupler. If the coupler is the second on the line, the cover plug on the right hand side must not be removed. The RSD-FC-Ex2.CN.3km is a 2 channel coupler and has integrated a separate transmitter and receiver for each channel.
The RSD-CFA-Ex.CN and the RSD-FC-Ex2.CN.3km do not need a separate Terminal Base. The Copper/Fiber-Adapter provides the coupling to the ControlNet coax cable, the Fiber-Coupler realizeses the connection to the fiber optic cable. Both devices are connected via a plug, which is located at the right hand side of the RSD-CFA-Ex.CN and the left hand side of the RSD-FC-Ex2.CN.3km. Before both devices are mounted the cover plug on both units must be removed. Only remove the cover plug when mounting.
