The 2707-L40P2 terminal is a message display terminal. It has been designed and manufactured by / Automation in the Microview 2707 message display terminal series. The 2707-L40P2 message display terminal has an LCD screen, a real-time clock, and a P2 power supply. It also comes with 40K of memory and a printer port for connecting to an external printer. The 2707-L40P2 message display terminal has a communication port but no Remote I/O port.The DTAM PLUS 2707-L40P2 features a keypad with 4 lines of 20 characters each, a 1 x 3 inch LCD screen, and an adjustable LED (yellow) backlighting system, along with a hardened, multicolor, durable keypad, that contains multiple LED indicators to stimulate operator attention when needed. It has an input type of ASCII and is powered by 110 to 300 Volts of DC power.The DTAM PLUS 2707-L40P2 can be programmed through PC parallel port using the MS® DOS™ based DTAM Programming Software (DPS), where a user can create and load fully customized “Application Screens” for this unit’s display. It contains a 40K nonvolatile memory that stores display configurations and Operating Systems, and can be loaded up with maximum 244 “Application Screens” and is provided with a Real Time Clock to time stamp critical data and reports.
