1734-OE2CK | I/O Module

The 1734-OE2C is a POINT IO module that features Two (2) single-ended, non-isolated Current output channels. Each channel is configurable for 0-20 mA and 4-20 mA output signals with absolute accuracy of 0.1% Full Scale @ 25 Deg. Celsius. It is compatible with any POINT IO communication adapter for implementing distributed I/O architecture. This module requires 1734-TB, 1734-TBS, 1734-TB3, 17340TB3S wiring base assemblies.The 1734-OE2C is commonly used to actuate modulating Final Control Elements (FCE) such as Control Valves, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Dampers, Louvers and other similar devices. It may also be used for re-transmitting analog data for use by data loggers or recorders, panel meters, totalizers, signal converters and isolators.When installing the 1734-OE2C and the entire POINT I/O system, it is recommended to use a zinc-plated, yellow-chromated steel DIN rail. This type of DIN rail offers higher resistance against corrosion as POINT I/O module grounding are connected via the DIN rail. DIN rails made of non-conductive material and materials greatly affected by corrosion, oxidation may result to intermittent grounding connection.
