1203-GD1 | Remote I/O Communications Module

The 1203-GD1 is an Communication module that is used to link devices with SCAN port communication port to a Remote I/O network. These Two (2) ports co-exists in the same module while the module itself mounts to a DIN rail, without the need to be mounted within a PLC rack thus allowing independent or stand-alone configuration. Being installed separately, this module requires an external power supply. The power supply requirement of the communication module is 84 to 264VAC.
This communication module has front panel terminals that consists of One (1) SCANport, One (1) Remote I/O and power supply terminal. It also has LED indicators to detect Fault, SCANport STS, Health, Rem I/O ACT and Remote STS. Except for the Fault indicator that indicates RED when module fault is detected, other LED indicators provide GREEN light. If earlier version of SCANport module is used, amber is used instead of Green.
