1734-OB8S | 8-Channel Safety Sourcing Output

The 1734-OB8S is a POINT I/O Safety I/O Module. It has Eight (8) Current Sourcing Output channels and operates with Supply Voltage of 24 Volts DC. This Safety I/O Module is used with GuardLogix and SmartGuard controllers.The 1734-OB8S POINT Safety Output Module has solid-state outputs and comes in 2 series (A and B.) It has a dual-channel mode that will control any redundancy using 2 output signals. The 1734-OB8S Series has Eight (8) Current sourcing outputs per module. The 1734-OB8S output has an output current of 1A per channel. Its pulse width is 475 micro/s with a pulse period of 575 milliseconds. It has a maximum field capacitance limit per output of 950 nF. Its voltage drop reaches 0.165 Volts and it has a current leakage of 0.1 mA at most. The 1734-OB8S has short-circuited detection with a category of short, high, low, and cross-circuit fault detection. The short-circuit is electronically protected and its output can aggregate a current of 8A.
